I was looking at Cambrige and First but chart wise, First looked more favourable. See the deep rising of First's price and the OBV looks good and sustaining. With the craze now on REIT, this one could be a bet as the risk and reward ratio is good. Why? Price still low comparing with the more seasoned one!
